- Open Internet Browser
- Search For Resource Hacker Install it and Run it
- Subscribe My Channel Noman Manzoor
- Click Open in File Tab Resource Hacker
- Select Winrar.exe in Winrar Window Folder.
- Now open the Dialog Folder
- and Delete Reminder :1033
- Now Save it! But it will not work Then click Save as and save it in another place.
- Now close it and move it to the Winrar Window Folder
